Created Dignity “Made them Male AND Female”

Genesis 1:26-31 and Genesis 2:7, 20-25 is the account of God creating man and woman. God created man and woman with differing physical and psychological capacities for distinct purposes and plans that would complement each other and bring unique glory to God. Man was created with strength and he lives out of this as a provider, protector, and leader. Woman, as man’s helpmeet, was created with softness and she lives out of this as a life-giver, nurturer, and friend.

Distress – Which Way Out?
What was your most distressing experience in life? Was it some terrifying experience lasting a short time, or a long drawn out problem testing your patience day after day or year after year? Did you feel there was no hope, no answer, you would never be happy again, it was useless to try, God had failed you, or no one else had it so tough? Maybe you are at that place now, your night has no stars, your thorns no roses, hope has quietly slipped out the back door, and the will to persevere is gone.

I am sure we would all give a hearty "Yes" to this title. I was inspired by this study and
became aware of areas I can help my children improve. I think we can make things fun for our
children while they are learning.
I heard this illustration given to help our children learn table manners. Set a ceramic pig in
the center of the table. Then if brother talks with food in his mouth, he gets the pig in front of him.

GODLY LIBERATED WOMANHOOD

Godly Liberated Womanhood--I am glad the word "godly" is in the title. That makes a big
difference, doesn't it? If it only said "Liberated Womanhood" we would probably think of the
women's liberation movement which became more prominent in the past decades women's groups
who protest what they consider unequal treatment of men and women and who work for enforcement
of laws that promote women's equality. Their ideas and demands militate against the teaching God

Attitudes Expressed By Godly Women

Good-morning! Our topic this morning is "Attitudes Expressed By Godly Women". As I studied I have been challenged many times with areas in my life that do not express godliness. My prayer is that each of us would allow God and His Word to speak to us today. May we continue to grow more into the image of Christ each day. We could almost become discouraged when we see ourselves compared to the high standards that we will be looking at today. But remember the only time we really fail is the last time we try!

I am thankful for the godly heritage God has given me. As I was meditating on the subject, my mind took me back to the three dear women who had a part in molding my life for the Lord.

Can My Family Tell I Have Been With Jesus?

The title assumes the fact that I am spending time with Jesus. It will be evident if this is not happening. When things run smoothly we're OK, but let something come in unexpectedly - how do we respond?

God wants us to seek His face. Deut. 4:29 has a promise for seeking His face. In Heb.11:6 there is a reward to those who diligently seek God's face.

BONDING IN LOVE BY CARING AND SHARING

I would like to start with the Golden Rule. It reads like this, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." To bring this even closer to today's subject, it could read like this, "Talk about others as you would have them talk about you." This is very basic and yet it is the foundation of our relationships with others. If you are always criticizing and finding fault with others, people are probably going to have a hard time finding something good in your life.
