By reading the Bible, the Christian knows what is next on God's time table. While we don't understand all the details, these future events are revealed in the Bible. 1. Jesus is returning for His bride, the church, to take the saints home to be with Him in heaven. 2. This will bring a glorious change for all those who are caught up with him. 3. Servants (disobedient believers) who had sin in their lives will be deceived by the Antichrist deception. 4. Christians will then be called to the Judgment seat of Christ to receive rewards for their service of Christ while here on this earth. 5.The Day of the Lord, or the Tribulation period will then begin on earth. 6. Jesus will regather the remnant Jewish people, protect them from the Antichrist and "all Israel shall be saved". 7. Jesus will bring the saints to earth and set up His throne in Zion for His 1,000 year reign. We want to be facing to-ward Him and His work, not being froward, or facing from-ward of what His is doing.
Knowing the times and being prepared is essential for the Christian.
