What does God really care about? What really matters to Him?
Most people today believe that personal convictions don't really matter. What is truth varies majorly from one person to another.
Rom. 14:5-8 - It is right for us to develop personal convictions. Christians should accept & respect those with differing convictions.
Tit. 1:16 - A faith that doesn't change us is worthless.
Luke 11:37-54 - The Pharisees emphasized external things but not internal. Is our religion simply something on the outside or is it in our hearts? What we believe affects our everyday living.
Biblical convictions help us to stand on our beliefs alone.
Biblical convictions enable us to resist temptation from the world and the devil.
Biblical convictions help us to stay consistent.
Biblical convictions help us to make decisions.
Biblical convictions protect our families.
